What an amazing group of humans. I have had two different vehicles worked on here and both came out exceptionally well. I love that it’s not corporate and the owner and team are committed to customer satisfaction. Being able to text them and ask for updates is so helpful! And they offer a cash discount. I have used them for all my cars over the past few decades. Nice local folks. Very trustworthy. And they have an earned reputation for doing the best body repair work in the city.
These people use texting as a means to make appointments except you get no reply when leaving all the requested info like VIN, photos of the damage, etc. I simply called and asked what is the holdup after waiting 2 days, and was told "if you have that kind of attitude maybe go somewhere else.... we are really busy". You got it. Gladly gave my money to Chaz.
Markel's was recommended to me by a friend. It's hard to pick a body shop from Google reviews. I'm a mechanical engineer with many years in the automotive industry and am incredibly picky. Their prices are on the top end for the area, but don't let that scare you. They do top notch work, fair pricing, and when it comes to automotive body work you get what you pay for. If integrity, quality work, genuine parts, experience, good communication, and professionalism are important to you then look no further. They exceeded my expectations and that is difficult to do. Hopefully I don't need their service again, but will go back without hesitation.
Markel’s Collision Center has with out a doubt shown their outstanding talents on our 21 Dodge Durango and I’m so grateful that I chose this company to work on my car after getting in an accident this past winter. The owners, Mike and his wife Amy, were the kindest human beings and were extremely supportive, communicative and polite during the entire time our vehicle was in their hands. As I hope I never have to see them again under such extenuating circumstances, I do know who I’ll return to if my car ever needs attention again. Consider myself a loyal and happy customer!
