Great experience! Dropped off my watch for a tune-up, and Mr. Hood was able to get that done within the month! Definitely recommend coming here + can’t beat his pricing/ warranty after service.
Needed a simple pin replaced and they took care of it! I will be back here for all my watch repairs. Be sure to give them a call before dropping by as being a mom and pop shop sometimes their hours can change.
Outstanding place to get a watch repaired. They have done a repair that required a lot of work and did a great job. I also just had a Pin break in my watch band… I brought it by and he swapped it out in about 35 seconds and didn’t charge me a dime. You don’t come across businesses with this level of service and friendliness and expertise often. Highly recommend.
So, I went in for a new battery only to be told that my battery was fine; the movement need to be tweaked (I honestly don’t know exactly what they did) which they did free of charge. They could have charged me for a new battery, or a service fee, and I would have been happy to pay, but they chose to be fair and honest instead. Big thumbs up for me!!
I have had John Hood regulate 2 of my watches (both Seiko movements), and on one he also replaced the crystal for me. He has always done a great job. As a bonus, he's a friendly guy who explains things well.
