Tina’s work on my shoulders and lower back was nothing short of magical. I walked in with constant tension and lingering pain, and walked out feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely relieved — something I honestly did not expect from just one session. What truly sets Tina apart is not just her technique, but her intuition. She somehow knew exactly where the pain was coming from, even in areas I didn’t realize were contributing to my discomfort. Her pressure was precise and intentional — strong where it needed to be, gentle where my body needed care. Throughout the session, I could feel years of stress and tightness slowly melting away. My shoulders, which had felt stiff and heavy for months, finally relaxed, and my lower back pain improved significantly. The relief wasn’t just temporary — I continued to feel better days afterward. Tina is not just a massage therapist; she is a true professional with the hands of a healer. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being and takes pride in helping people feel better, not just in the moment, but long-term. If you are dealing with chronic shoulder or lower back pain, or if you simply want a massage that actually makes a difference, I cannot recommend Tina highly enough. She truly has “magic hands.”
Don’t come to this store if you want to waste your time. Super unprofessional front desk staff, bad service. I showed up on time and was told the staff made mistake, no one could provide service at the time. Wasting customer time. Super frustrating, rude, bad service.
I called to make a missed payment on my member ship and was greeted on the phone by Kioana, she was immediately rude saying “what are you saying I can’t even understand you” mind you I’m sick.. so I apologized and revoiced my request to process my payment. She then tells me my rate went up by $10 and that it does so every year which I was never informed at the time of signing up for my annual membership last year. I then requested to go ahead and cancel my membership.. it was radio silent and then I asked if there was a manager I could speak to as I was displeased with how I was treated on this phone call.. to my surprise Kioana voiced she is the manager. I let her know that’s disappointing in regards to the way she spoke with me, a member of 1 year. The call then ended I was not given an apology or even a goodbye just disconnect. So I called back to verify my email for cancellation since our convo was ended without wrap up, and was asked to wait on hold and then I was hung up on instead of put on hold. I called back again and no one answered just straight to hold music, so I hung up and called back again and voiced my frustration that the phone etiquette was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. Kioana was adiment that it was not her who hung up on me as there is other front desk employees. I advised her to maybe speak with her team then as this was highly disappointing. I will be renewing my membership but with another location because these girls are nothing short of catty and petty.. how they work in customer service and hospitality it’s BEYOND me. Do yourself a favor and go to any other branch other than the one at the plant.
I was visiting from a different state and visited this location. I get massages regularly. Angie gave me the best massage I have ever had. She is clearly so passionate about helping people. I felt so much pain relief after the massage. The front office staff was great as well.
Great visit. I got a fantastic Father's Day present and got a professional deep tissue massage from NIKKO a male CMT. Kiona at the front desk was also great and informative on my appointment. She was funny and professional with her customer service. First time going there and I will be making my monthly visit that this old body of mine needs. Facility is pretty new and very accommodating to all of us that are Physically challenged. Nikko worked my neck and back and shoulders and leg and foot and helped me feel like a new dude. If you are ever in San Jose Ca. visiting or spending time on some business and need a great deep tissue massage. Go and see Nikko at this Massage Envy. They are in a big shopping plaza called the Plant. Many stores and restaurants to go after your visit. I like the option of choosing a membership to help us that are in a budget. Overall prices were as expected. Helping my body feel this good after my visit was worth it. I decided to join the 1 year membership to save some money and use the massage visits on my demand once or twice a month will cost me less than not being a member.
