Had an appointment booked for a significant other for a birthday gift for over a month and then they called me the night before her birthday to tell me they had to cancel my appointment as everyone else was apparently booked the entire day and could only reschedule it to a day that she was unavailable. Although it’s probably for the best I canceled it seems like this place sucks.👎
I don't like the high sales pitch while trying to schedule a massage online nor do I like the pushy sales at the end of the service to get someone to sign up for reoccurring services. Also if someone schedules a massage every minute being paid for should be working on that person's body for the massage. Do not not include dress time and consultation to be a part of the massage.
Carlena was my masseuse and she kept making comments that were implying she thought I was stupid. She was also a heavier set lady and I felt like I couldn’t relax because of her loud heavy breathing. When I asked her to apply more pressure she said “well you didn’t book a deep tissue massage”. Will not be returning.
Very poor customer service.To start, I tried canceling my membership over the phone, they didn’t tell me I had to fill out a form to do so. I checked my bank account and saw they had still been charging me the $75 per month for about two months. I went to this location in person to fill out the form to cancel, and the girl at the front desk asked if I would want to schedule something to use up some of my credits. I agreed. As you can see on the card she wrote, I had a 1:00pm and 2:00pm appointment. When I arrived at 12:30 to check in, I was told that I did not have a 1:00pm appointment, only one scheduled for 2:00. The same girl that scheduled my appointments was at the front desk again and had the audacity to try and tell me and her coworker that I did not schedule the 1:00. I ended up just canceling everything for that day. They completely wasted my time with the whole cancellation process and then with the actual appointment. I did not get the girl’s name but she clearly does not know what she’s doing. And instead of just owning up to her mistake, which I would have respected, she lied about the situation. It was incredibly frustrating and I would not recommend going here. In addition to all this, when I go to get a massage I don’t want to talk with the person I’m working with. It’s not relaxing, it’s annoying and defeats the whole purpose of going to a place like this to unwind. Just trying to save people the hassle and the headache.
I love this location. The ladies at the front desk are always warm and welcoming and very helpful. I have been going for a few months now and am starting to notice a reduction in my pain levels where other methods have failed.
