Melania is such an amazing lady. She is knowledgeable, friendly and she makes me feel comfortable and special every time I visit. I’ll definitely recommend her to anyone.
The staff are very friendly and professional. They make you feel welcomed. The young lady at the front desk was thorough and open to answering my questions. The place is clean and the setting gives you a calm and relaxed vibe. Melania was the lady that did my facial and it was an amazing experience. I will be going there again, and I will tell my family and friends what a great experience I had there.
Had appt for 4:30. I get taken back yo room at 4:40. I asked for the associate that gives deep firm massage. I wanted to focus on neck and back. She suggested full body. I said I really want to focus on the neck and back. She said ok. Good thing I did that. It felt like my grandkids were tapping on my back and spreading oil. Next thing I know is she was done. It was 4:40. There 60 minute massages are 40 minutes. I guess I went to another time zone. I went there with a gift card for $100.00. When I went to pay and asked her to tip the lady with the balance remaining. She said no you have to pay seperate. So now have a credit to use. They were trying to push memberships. They keep money on your card thinking you will have to come back I will never go back. If you want real massage where they know all the muscles. Go to the mall and ge it done there. Cheaper and when you are done you feel so much better and pain free.
I arrived about 12 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Even though the two front desk employees were busy helping other clients, they still greeted me as I walked in — which I appreciated. At first glance, the lobby looked nice, but on closer inspection, it was very dirty: sticky floors, dead bugs, drink spills on the dark flooring, dirty windows, extremely dusty shelves, walls with mismatched painted patches, and a small table-top mirror so dusty it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. That mirror was sitting on the same shelf where they display their skincare products for sale, which honestly made me wonder how old those products are. I was taken back about 8 minutes past my appointment time. The massage therapist never introduced herself — I had to ask for her name while she was already asking about my pressure preferences. When she stepped out so I could change, I noticed the full-length mirror and floors in the room were also filthy and caked with dust. Even with the dim lighting, the heavy layer of dust was obvious. I came in hoping to relax, but the therapist talked the entire time. Despite me explaining that I was very sore and needed lighter pressure, she kept using too much force, and I repeatedly had to ask her to ease up. The session also ended abruptly two minutes before the hour mark (and keep in mind, she started late). There was no winding down, no effort to wipe off any of the excessive oil, and barely even a goodbye. She just stopped, told me “Go ahead and get dressed and head back out to the lobby” and then she left the room. To make things worse, just last week I had bought a friend a gift card for a massage here. After this experience, I truly regret that purchase and will not be returning to this disturbingly unclean location.
Update to my original post: just spoke to my hubby about the experience, apparently the foot scrub she tried to charge me for was originally pre-added to my message when my husband scheduled the service…the attendant just didn’t do it , so disappointing. They treated me like I was less valuable than any other patron. Instead of telling me it was supposed to be added The check out girl didn’t even address it. She simply acted as if I wasn’t supposed to get it. Shameful, terrible service. Not sure what happened w/ my experience after all the promising reviews. This location left a great deal to be desired. The hubby surprised me with an appointment and I feel he wasted our money. I felt my service was rushed, I had to ask the attendant to turn the music down as it was blasting out soft rock and not spa music ( she said their system was broken and that was the only music that could be played) I ended up playing my own spa music on my iPhone. The quality of the message itself was disappointing. I left with the same aches and pains I came in with, little to no pressure was applied. It was equivalent to a rub down I’d get from my husband at home. I checked the time after bc I felt my service was rushed, wanted to be fair to the attendant, and sure enough she ended my service early…my appt. was for 10am…I was taken back at 10:06 & finished at 10:56…I put my clothes on then took pics as proof! To add insult to injury after the service I my attendant never came back in…no after service water offered. Didn’t even walk me out. Although she was “nice”… she did the bare minimum. Finally, if that weren’t enough, the checkout staff tried to over charge me for a foot scrub that I didn’t receive along with charging me for a pre-paid service! Unbelievable! ME please treat ALL of your patrons the same. I hate feeling as if race plays a part but after so many positive reviews, I can’t help but wonder why I didn’t receive the same quality of service as others . Do better!
