Evening I've a serious injury which incurs loads of stress + pain which is near impossible to manage. I came across Paul online and am delighted with the results. I would have paid three times the amount he asked for as quality healing is very hard to come by His lay out was perfect very relaxing + welcoming technique is excellent..I feel no pain ! and ready to manage stress more than ever before. JK

I had an amazing massage with Paul! He was able to fit me in same day, so I really appreciated that! He took great care to address the tension in my shoulders and upper back (as that’s where I carry stress), as well tend to an ankle injury that I recently sustained walking on the uneven Scottish streets! The amount of pressure that Paul used was perfect and I was able to leave feeling healed, rejuvenated, and relaxed. I HIGHLY recommend that if you are in Glasgow that you reach out to Paul and get on his books- he’s awesome!

Highly recommended! I’ve had an overall very positive experience from start to finish, both with the level of customer service to product quality. I purchased the Custom Meditation Frequencies and was not disappointed. From start to finish the communication has been clear, professional and informative - I was kept up to date throughout my purchase. The custom meditation sound frequencies have worked in a positive way for me. I was experiencing sciatic pain which was beginning to impact on walking, mobility and my sleep routine. I had the 'Vibration Re-balance' from Paul. Incredible results. So much released, re-balanced, vastly improved... First, an immediate improvement in a very long held neck issue. Much looser, easier and pain free now. Second-simply could not believe the speed at which I walked home. For a brief second I thought I'd get whiplash at the super speed my legs took! I have had a lifetime's complaints from others telling me to slow down but the last couple of years my walking has slowed and I tire easily, as though walking was burdensome I feel lighter, brighter, have much more fluidity in the joints and so much more energy.Just some of the physical benefits! I have a clarity now I never before imagined. As a therapist/healer myself I had to do two sessions afterwards with clients and zipped through them with such skill and very little effort. i feel as though a heavy, dark enamel casing around me (that I never knew was there) has been smashed away --yet easily and comfortably--and I thoroughly look forward to continuing my life and work with new found strength, positivity and ease. Many emotional, mental and spiritual weights have been lifted and I simply cannot recommend this treatment highly enough. Paul is a very down to earth, therapist with a very non-judgemental and accepting approach. You will NOT regret n this utterly game changing healing modality --- 100 stars out of 5! ---and all this in the first day!
