Sydnie and Bradley gave us a great couples massage. They were very professional, made us feel comfortable, and did a great job with the massage. Very relaxing environment and very clean.

This was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Massage Heights location, and I’ve visited multiple locations across several states. At this location, the front desk does not answer the phone… AT ALL, yet when I arrived in person there were five front desk staff members standing around and most of them on their personal phones. While I waited for my service, four young female employees and one male receptionist were openly flirting at the desk, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. My massage therapist, Bradley, came across as arrogant and, in my opinion, outright rude. More concerning, the room he brought me to was dirty. Everything looked oily and I am almost certain the sheets on the table had not been changed. They were warm, damp, and had a noticeable fragrance consistent with perfume. There were visible marks resembling makeup or dirt, as well as oil residue on both the sheets and the face cradle. I do not understand how management would allow behavior and conditions like this at any level. Due to this experience, I will not be returning and would strongly caution others before booking here. I have also reported the therapist to the state licensing board and plan on going to the Colorado health board.

This was the best massage experience I've ever had! The facility was incredibly clean. The receptionists were kind and helpful. My therapist, Traci, was attentive and truly customized my massage to my needs. Would highly recommend Massage Heights Dublin Commons!

For those wanting a Deep Tissue massage, SHAYLA is your go-to!!! ✨ she was PERFECT throughout my 90-min massage! She checked in with pressure, inquired about any issues/problem areas I may have and definitely put WORK in. Not an easy task to keep such deep, hard pressure for an entire 90-min session. I felt absolutely incredible after my session and one day later as well. Much needed. Thank you so much, Shayla! You’re awesome!!!

I've always had a great experience at Massage Heights. Every masseuse is very kind and wants the best experience for me as the client. The facials are also amazing... they really personalize the service to what my skin needs during that appointment. I really love the membership option as it's such a good deal and allows me to get either a massage or facial each month. Definitely recommend to my friends.
