Massage Heights South Point Plaza is a great location for a massage membership in the south end of Henderson/Las Vegas. The front desk staff is always very polite over the telephone and in person, and are very helpful when booking the right therapist for the right service.
Jacob has massaged me twice and both sessions were amazing. He’s skilled, professional, and very in tune with the body. I left feeling relaxed and renewed each time. Highly recommend!
I had a 90 minute massage with a hot stone enhancement, with Daria today. A few days prior to my service, I let Daria know, that I suffer from Vertigo, and majority of the time, after I receive a massage, it triggers my episode and I feel nauseated and dizzy. To date, this is the BEST massage, I have received in years! Daria, researched on her own, ways to alleviate my vertigo symptoms, when receiving a massage. HOW awesome is that?!! She went above and beyond!! I not only left refreshed & relaxed, I walked out of my service feeling cared and heard!! Thank you Daria! What an AMAZING massage I had with you today! Next time, you book a service, make sure to request Daria, you will not be Disappointed!! 💯
I had such a wonderful experience at Massage Heights! The whole process was so easy from start to finish, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. My massage therapist, Carrie, was phenomenal — she gave me the perfect balance of firm, deep pressure while still keeping everything so relaxing. She also incorporated hot stones and personalized every part of the session to what my body needed. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and completely renewed. Highly recommend Carrie and the entire team at Massage Heights!
Groupon users beware! We were treated like second class clients after using a groupon for a 90 and 60 minute massage that were a gift from my mom. I arrived 15 minutes early for their intake questions, then I sat in the waiting room for an additional 15 minutes. They didn't call me back until 8 minutes after my scheduled start time, then the therapist proceeded to ask me all the same questions I already answered in the intake questions. The massage itself was one of the worst I've ever had, leaving my neck more sore afterwards. Then it ended quickly, giving me only 75 minutes on the table instead of 90. In addition to being shorted on time, I did not receive any add on that was supposed to be included in my massage. My mother had a similar experience with her 60 minute massage, being shorted on time despite arriving 20 minutes early. When we brought these issues up at the front desk, the lady was rude and argumentative. This is the same person who had bragged to my mom beforehand about keeping client's money when they accidentally overpaid. Terrible service and would not recommend this place to anyone.
