Kate C is fantastic!!! I have a chronic pain disorder and get biweekly massages and it is very hard to find good people who know anatomy well. I get frustrated paying for massages that don’t actually relieve my pain but she is absolutely worth it and I come back to her routinely!
This truly is massage therapy. I have been trying to gain mobility back in my hip but it was still very painful. The therapist at Massage Strong really listened to my goals and after 2 sessions, for the first time in months, I am pain free. There is more to go, but I am encouraged by the progress we made. Update 11/30/2025 Another great message! I had been doing alot of climbing and walking and was incredibly sore and ended up barely able to finish a 1/2mile walk. I began to think I might have to get a hip replacement to be fully functional. But today had a 90 minute massage focusing on mobility and I am walking without pain. Both of my massage therapists really listen and let me know what they are focusing on and how it affects my mobility. I have been very impressed with their knowledge and their desire to help me recover full mobility.
I recommend this place to everyone. My massage therapist is amazing and the environment is so peaceful.
