Highly recommend! Our furnace stopped working on us during the worst possible time (mid January) and they sent out Paul Wakeland and he got things figured out quick while also educating me on as much as he possibly could. He gave me some amazing and useful information that will genuinely change how we operate with our air quality. He was very kind and personable. Paul gets a 10/10!
Our technician was Paul Wakeland. When I tell you he was a complete professional, I’m telling you the absolute truth. He called within 7 minutes of our calling Masters to tell us he was on his way. He was prompt, introduced himself and went to work on the issue. He was completely knowledgeable on our system. He diagnosed our heat unit and was done in a matter of minutes. We would highly recommend Masters Heating and Air conditioning but more importantly we would more than highly recommend Paul Wakeland!!
Our furnace quit working over the weekend. Masters called first thing Monday morning and had a technician out same day. Mario was our technician and he is awesome! Very friendly and professional and super easy to talk to. He had our furnace up and running by the time he left. Mario and all the people we deal with at Masters are always super friendly and don't treat you like you're just the next appointment on their books. Awesome experience! We need more people in the world like Mario!
My central air conditioning unit needed replaced. This happened at a time when I was almost retired and had little extra money for a big expense. Incredibly, Masters Heating and Cooling offered me a new unit with a payment plan that was within my budget. I was thrilled and very thankful for their help!! Two gentlemen, including Ian Beckett, came to my home to replace the unit. They came in the morning and got the job done in about 3 hours!! Ian is very knowledgeable and experienced and and I could tell he liked what he was doing! He kept me informed about what he was doing and what he was testing for to make sure the unit was operating properly. He is a very pleasant, hard working young man and his company is lucky to have him on their team! Thank you Masters for making this repair relatively pain free and fast!!!
Jeff and Aaron were amazing. They showed up on time and was very efficient and thorough with their work. Everything was installed properly and they were very informative on how the system worked and their communication was awesome. Also they cleaned up everything so well that you couldn’t even tell that they were there when they left. Also Chad, the gentleman that came out for the quote was so nice and helpful and honest. I could tell he cared and understood our situation and made the process easy and affordable. Thank you everyone at Masters, I highly recommend. We appreciate you so much for the hard work and high quality product.
