Riz is a legend! Struggled with lower back pain for years, and after self diagnosing without any luck, Riz was able to narrow the root cause down and provide a range of exercises within a programme of work to tackle the issue. Friendly, attentive and super knowledgeable, visit him if you want to get back to your best.
Grace is without a doubt the best physio in Manchester. Her knowledge and intelligence in what she does is on another level, she really understands the body and gets straight to the root of the problem. She helped me massively with my neck using the most effective, personalised treatment I’ve ever had. The rehab workouts she gave me were amazing, clearly thought through, and actually worked, not just generic exercises. She explains everything so clearly, which gives you total confidence in the process. On top of that, she’s incredibly friendly, real, and honest, and genuinely cares about your recovery. I felt listened to, supported, and in the safest hands from start to finish. I can’t recommend Grace highly enough, absolute top-level physio.
Hands down best physio I’ve ever been to. Riz is absolutely lovely, and made me feel so much more at ease about a back injury than any physio I’ve seen before. Really good blend of hands on, teaching me a rehab programme to do myself and also working alongside my PT to work this into my programme. My back is so much better. I started sessions with Grace after getting pain in my knee/ hip when running. Her treatment and advice was great and now i can run without pain. She’s since helped me with other issues that have improved massively, this has helped so much with my gym sessions and Hyrox training. Grace is extremely knowledgable and kind. I would definitely recommend booking in with her!
The best Physio I’ve ever seen. Professional, supportive, friendly and kind. Easy to arrange appointments and flexible. Plenty of clear explanation, hands on work, exercises and so the just a couple of visits quickly set me on the road to recovery. Additional help and advice improved my general health too. I would 100% recommend Riz and his team.
