Maureen is a TRUE mortgage professional. I have worked with many lenders in my 20 years in this business and she is that "get it done and closed" person you want on your team. Our transaction was smooth from the start and for as quick as it went, it was perfect! I can only hope to work with someone like her again! I recommend her to everyone. She is always available, a great communicator, very knowledgeable and on top of everything!! I wish I could give her 10 stars!!!
If I could give Maureen 10 stars, I would! Maureen was truly the best lender we could have ever imagined!!! She was prompt, friendly, and available when we needed her. Nothing felt like a dumb question and she took her time to explain things as thoroughly as we needed (we are new to CA and this was our first home purchase as a married couple!) Maureen worked with us both equally and was a top notch communicator. She made extra sure that we were getting the best rates and that our short timeline was met. We really feel like she went above and beyond!!! Not only did she make sure we got the most optimal deal, she also got super creative on ways that we could use 100% of our seller credits - which proved to be pretty tricky, but she got it DONE! We will absolutely be working with Maureen again should we purchase or sell another home in the area. Cannot recommend enough!!! Thank you so so much, Maureen! :) :)
Maureen was amazing to work with throughout the whole lending process! As a first time (and out of state) homebuyer, I was nervous having to navigate the mortgage and everything needed to close on my new home. Maureen was there every step of the way, proactively checking in and was extremely responsive any time I had a question. Even after close, she’s been incredibly responsive to any questions I had.
