Thorough, Friendly, Reasonably Priced Maximum Pest Management is one of the few local pest control companies that doesn’t nickel-and-dime you. They’re fully transparent about their process, and depending on how involved the inspection is, they may not even charge for it. Their pricing is very competitive compared to other companies, and they’ll always let you know in advance of what costs are expected before moving forward. Most places no longer offer free inspections, but these guys do things the right way. During my inspection, they were more thorough than any pest control company I’ve worked with. Every phone interaction has also been incredibly professional and genuinely friendly.

I’ve had Maximum Pest come to my home for regular pest control for 2+yrs now. The people are always pleasant and friendly and listen to any critter concerns I have and address them appropriately. I’m a Realtor and they’ve also assisted more than a few of my clients with critter control! From mosquitoe treatment to even one that had a gopher/mole tearing thru their yard… they caught and removed it. But I especially love their communication! They email me my set appts but also TEXT me to confirm and also when they’re on their way, and send me a pic of the tech and their name (Very Professional)! And after the appt/treatment, they send me an email with a convenient pay link option. So I can easily take care of that and get a receipt. Mike and this Team are GREAT!
