I worked with Max over the past year and it was an amazing experience! My schedule can be unpredictable, so I really appreciated the flexibility his hybrid model offered. Coming from a fitness background, I was struggling with accountability which was a big reason I hired Max and he absolutely delivered, not only with workouts but with nutrition as well.
I worked with Max over the last 4 months. During our time together I learned quite a lot about nutrition and making healthier substitutions with the food I currently make. As well as making me aware of empty calories especially with my specialty coffees and pop. My work schedule is beyond chaotic and I am usually away. Max was very accommodating and built workouts that could be done in a hotel room if a gym wasn't available. With eating out all the time he showed me healthier options that I could choose that would help me hit my macros. Max is a solid dude and a joy to work with.
I had max as a coach for 5 months now, and I have to say he’s the best coach I ever had ! My problem was food & I have tried so many diete, training, fasting, I tried lots of them.. Yess I was loosing weight at some point but with a strict diete everyone knows.. When you get tired of it you gain all your weight back & sometime even more ! And then I found max ! I’m so glad I have him. He’s showing you how to make better choice & make that as a life style. Also at the beginning of my journey with max I was injured and he gave me training that I was able to do without hurting my self even more! I got better and back to full time at work. I’m doing long hours (12hr sometime more) I cannot train all the time but my job is very physical and Max totally understand. He’s always there if you need an answer to your question & if you worrying about something he will be there! When my first journey was done with him I took another session without hesitation! I still need him. People that’s struggling with food & doesn’t know about training need this Max in their life. I promise, you won’t regret it ! I totally recommend him :) !
I had the pleasure of working with Max for the past 16 weeks, and I can confidently say it's been one of the most transformative experiences for both my body and mindset. What stood out to me right away was how accommodating and attentive he is - after I experienced a back injury, he didn't miss a beat. He promptly adjusted my entire workout plant to suit my recovery needs, which made me feel truly supported and understood. Beyond his adaptability, Max is a constant source of encouragement. Whether I was crushing a new goal or having an off week, he always showed up with positivity and constructive guidance. Max doesn't just coach workouts, he helps build confidence. The biggest shift, though, has been my relationship with food. Thanks to his balanced, insightful approach, I now have a stronger grasp of portion sizes, nutrition, and what truly fuels my body. I am not just looking better, I feel better, inside and out. I highly recommend working with Max if you are ready for a change that lasts!
Max has helped me changed my life in more ways than one. Yes, he is a Personal Trainer/Coach and we focused on physical fitness and nutrition but, the underlying Life Coaching throughout our sessions and check-ins have been the most important. You can lose all the weight you want, you can eat and feel overall really good, but, the self-confidence and learning how to love myself, try new things, and change my mindset on things have been what has truly helped me. and I am so grateful for that.
