They were absolutely amazing!! I didn't schedule an appointment, I was a walk in and they immediately accepted me without question! They got straight to work with sizing and getting information. The ladies were wonderful with making me feel very special and happy. This was a wedding dress alteration, a non traditional dress. It turned out better than ever!! Very happy with everything, definitely recommend.

An incredible job was done for my wedding dress tailoring and custom robe from my mom’s wedding dress. Thank you so much, it all fit like a dream!

I wish I would have taken a before photo, but the dress was huge. So much fabric. The ladies did a great job tailoring this dress to me. I received so many compliments. 100% would recommend. Very easy process and I felt fair prices.

Very helpful shortening my jackets and gave me options for different lengths depending on intended use and occasions. You go in, put on your jacket, step onto a platform to view and pin for alterations, pay, then come back on planned date to pick up. If you have a nice jacket that needs altering, I recommend coming here, they even do leather.

I got married in June 2024 and took my wedding dress to her shop for alterations. I dropped off my dress in February and didn’t get it back until the middle of May. When I picked it up, the wedding dress had a STAIN on very front. I was devastated. I have pictures to prove it was not there before I dropped it off, and she completely denied that she did it. Luckily the stain was removed by another shop. There were lots of random threads from other people’s clothes stuck in the train of my wedding dress, as if she dragged my dress along the floor of her shop. She started shaking the train in front of me to get the threads out and the sparkles were falling out. How did she not notice the black threads that clearly are not a part of my white wedding dress? There were so many pulled threads on the front of the dress. When I asked her how those got there, she said it was the beads that “snagged” the material of the dress. I have pictures showing that those were not there before I dropped my dress off at her shop. I had to ask her to fix those pulled threads. The alterations she did were sloppy, bunching up material and folding it inside of the dress instead of removing the extra material. It did not fit me well at all, and I had to get so much more taken in and fixed at a different shop. I had to spend additional money to get her mistakes fixed by another seamstress and barely got the fixed dress back days before the wedding. Absolute worst experience ever. Her lack of empathy, care, and disinterest in my dress was something that I hope no bride has to go through. I paid $1,000 for her to ruin my wedding dress. I had less than one month to find a new alteration shop. If you’re a bride, I recommend taking your dress to a bridal shop that has a seamstress.
