I think the service has improved over the years because I’m seeing all these reviews and I agree they used to be rude if you didn’t tip a certain amount. I come quite often (at least once a month) and it’s been pretty consistent with professional massages and polite service. I make sure I leave atleast $10 tip because they are actually doing manual labor on you. There was an incident where they messed up our confirmed slot time but the manager on duty gave us a discount and honored it which my sister and I truly appreciated it.
First time getting a massage here and I was blown away. Alice is petite but very strong!!! She made my whole body relax and worked out the stiffness in my neck. I was happy with her massage and plan on returning. Highly recommend Alice.

Went in without appointment and was immediately greeted by Sophia. She gave a great massage and was very polite. I’ve gone to other spas and pay way more than the amount I paid with tip. I see a lot of reviews of people complaining about tips. Don’t be cheap because you’ll pay way more at the other brand name spas. $20 in my opinion is a cheap tip when considering your overall total will be less. $5, $10, $15 just didn’t seemed fair all the hard work. Thank you Sophia for the wonderful massage! I’ll be coming back and telling my friends and family about you!
Went for couples massage. Was great! Walked up to counter with cash in hand for tip and the women says, “no tipo?”… corrected her Spanish telling her it’s said propina and handed her the tip. Never going back, she was definitely being rude when she said it, almost seemed racist (I guess because she thought I wasn’t going to tip)
