We just purchased a gorgeous couch from the Auburn Blvd location. Laura was a wonderful salesperson and really listened to what we were looking to buy. The couch looks amazing in our home. So happy we stopped in for the relocation sale. They are moving to Rocklin so happy to have scored a great deal.
The people who work here are incredibly rude. When we told them our budget, they proceeded to tell us that they are a "high end" store and walked away. I'm sorry but are you sure as a sales rep that you can even afford any of the stuff at this store? There is definitely a way to say things are out of our price range vs being so mean. Ridiculous how we were talked down to. I'm sure their furniture is great quality but who wants to buy something from someone who thinks they're better than others
McCreery's Home Furnishings is where you go for actual luxury furniture—not trends, not filler, not showroom fluff. Saw a Theodore Alexander desk here that was unreal. Their eye for rare, curated pieces is serious. Everything has weight, presence, and intention—the kind of furniture you feel the second you walk into a room. If you’re shopping price tags, this isn’t for you. Ashley is nearby. Good luck. Roni is excellent to work with, and the delivery team was professional and genuinely kind. Love this store. -Maya
We decided to go “high end” in the hope that quality and service would justify the price. We were absolutely wrong! Within months of spending thousands of $’s on custom couches we had mechanical issues. We were baited into getting the “service plan” and thought all would be fixed. But of course the service company pointed to McCreery’s and vice versa. Now the motor for our recliner (which is stuck in the open position - real classy!) has been on order for months. Crickets from the staff at the store- no followup and constant regret every time I walk into my living room. Do yourself a favor- save a ton of money and go to Lazyboy. McCreery’s is NOT worth it!
We purchased a sofa and were assisted by Laura Pizante. Laura was so easy to work with, helpful but no pressure. She also worked within our budget and listened to what we needed. Laura encouraged us to stretch ourselves with our design choices but still encouraging us to make our own decision.
