As a secret shopper this is terrible for the business and a coworker for the BBB you guys messed up big time. The overall ranking will be lowered extremely. Horrible mistake. Yall sounded and looked silly. This job is y'all's exact level of education. Imagine being a mad employee at McDonalds thats embarrassing. I have never experienced customer service this bad in my life—at ANY McDonald’s, anywhere. I came through the drive-thru for a DoorDash pickup and it turned into the most ridiculous, chaotic mess I’ve ever seen. First, the employee at the window didn’t give me my order… because it wasn’t even READY. Then when they finally handed me a bag, it was completely the WRONG order—like not even close. When I politely told them it wasn’t mine, the employee acted like I was trying to steal food I didn’t even want. The attitude was unbelievable. Eye-rolling, huffing, talking under their breath… the whole thing felt like a bad comedy skit. They said they were going to cancel the order so I could move on, but of course… they didn’t. Instead they just stood there arguing and holding up the window like everyone else’s time didn’t matter. They kept the entire drive-thru line frozen for over 10 minutes with cars wrapping around the building. People behind me were literally sticking their heads out of their windows wondering what on EARTH was going on. I’ve never seen a line move that slow at ANY fast-food place. It was beyond frustrating—it was horrendous, outrageous, and honestly embarrassing for the store. If this is the level of customer service they think is acceptable, I can’t imagine how they stay open. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this location if you value your time, your sanity, or even just basic human respect.
I ordered a LARGE fries for my son, and I was so disappointed when I saw what I got—it was barely half full! I even took a picture so you can see. I called the McDonald’s to let them know, but nothing was done. No apology, no offer to fix it, nothing at all. I don’t understand how a “large” fries can be so tiny. This was really frustrating, especially since I was just trying to treat my son. I hope the restaurant takes this seriously because no one should have to deal with something like this. I definitely won’t be coming back.
This manager (Jennifer) or at least that's what they said her name was, was so rude and unconcerned about my food other. I took my diabetic meds and placed a lunch order at 3:55a. Lunch was the only available option for me. Once I made it to the restaurant she told the young man Eliezer not to serve me because she wanted to start breakfast. My order was a mobile online order off the app and could have been made and sitting off to the side but she insisted on coming to the window with another guy to be rude and disrespectful. I have never reviewed a location as one star before but I am because of her and the other disrespectful male worker who was mopping the floor. THE CASHIER ELIEZER SHOULD BE THE MANGAGER ON DUTY NOT HER!!!! She was ok with being rude and disrespectful because she said it's a franchise and not corporate. What she fails to realize is all customers see McDonald's which is the brand she and her franchise is representing. She not only made the location and franchise look bad but also the McDonald's brand. If you want better service than go to a different location!!!!
My drive- thru and food experience was absolutely awful. On Sunday, September 8, 2025 around 11:45 am I ordered 2 home style burgers, minus the onions. As I sat in drive thru for 14 minutes I had to approach a young lady to have her check on my order. She returned about 6 minutes later and apologized. (20 minutes was too long to get my order). As I was waiting at least 13 customers were served and drove right through. Attached are pictures of what I can home with. Not pleased at all. 🥹🙄
