McDowells Specialty Repair earned a 5 star customer satisfaction with me for the repair service on my car. The needed repairs were small dent on the rear of the car and replacing an upholstery panel on the driver's seat. McDowells Service Writer (John) provided me the repair estimate and how long the repairs would take. A loaner vehicle was included for me to use. John's communication with me was excellent. The repairs were completed sooner than expected and at the cost quoted. I highly recommend McDowells. Nice to know there are businesses who still have high quality standards.
We recently had McDowels remove a dent for us. They did a fabulous job and were very attentive. Actually did the work on the spot when we came in to get the estimate. They are a very accommodating company. We have used them for multiple types of repairs.Over the years and have always been very impressed.

I'm very happy with the reupholstered antique chairs done at McDowells Specialty Repair. They were helpful with fabric selection, great communicating throughout the process and seemed genuinely excited to bring these family heirlooms back to life.
Needed my Ram driver seat redone after 12 years. I found a place I could order the seat covers and cushion and McDowells did their magic. It turned out perfect.
