While we appreciate the effort involved in real estate transactions, our experience highlighted areas for improvement. The home remained on the market for nine months, which was significantly longer than the neighborhood average of 60–90 days. Additionally, the focus appeared to be on maintaining traditional commission structures rather than prioritizing client needs. At times, it seemed our priorities were secondary to those of the buyer’s agent and their client. We believe a more client-centered approach and proactive strategy would have improved the overall experience.
Stephanie is an excellent agent and has an extensive knowledge, not only of the market, but of the design, amenities, structure and build of a house. Highly recommend Stephanie to anyone selling or buying a house in Tulsa.
