OH MY GOODNESS!!! DELANEY!!! I had a facial this morning, what a wonderful experience! She was so thorough, she explained every step of the process before she did it, and as she was doing it. At 64 yoa, this was my very 1st facial😂and she made me very comfortable. I was so relaxed, I didn’t know what day it was when she was done. My face feels so clean, refreshed and soft! I can’t wait to go back for my next one🤗I would highly recommend Delaney and all the gals at Meadow Med Spa.
I won't go back. New to the area and needed a refresh. I've been getting injections for about 10 years now. First time walking in, the place smelt amazing and was a friendly greeting. They were newly moving into their new space so didnt pay attention to the boxes in the back. I get it! I told my injector that I have a history of getting the brow drop so we needed to go high on my forehead. I really was just looking to treat my eyes and raise the brow a bit. I asked about daxxify, as I'd never used that before. She starts putting dots on my face...smile big, make a frown face, raise your brows...all the normal face making. When I looked in the mirror, I told her again I didnt want to go low on my forehead, as I am prone to getting the brow drop. Usually I get a couple of units at my hair line and then around the brows and between my eyes. She kept telling me, oh no! I won't go too low! I won't go below a certain line, which was a little above the middle of my forehead and continued to explain that that high on the forehead will not pull down. I said, are you sure!?!? Because....I ALWAYS get a brow drop when I do my forehead. She said Nope! Those muscles dont cause brow drop. I said ok but go a little higher to be on the safe side. 2 weeks later I go in for my follow up.....with a brow drop. I wasn't angry. More annoyed that she was so confident that this wouldn't happen, but was prepared to put a few units on the outer brow to hopefully help. It wasn't until everything I said was dismissed! Did not acknowledge that my brows had dropped. Did not acknowledge that we spoke about this the first time I went in. Continued to tell me that it was a "brow drop" that instead it was a heaviness that I was feeling, which is "normal" with daxxify. She said that because I could "open my eyes big" tells her that my brows have not dropped because I have movement there. Well. I have movement there because you didnt treat there. And, I dont walk around raising my brows consistently. When my eyes look tired and I look sad or angry, my brows have dropped. When I put on mascara and my lashes can touch the top of my lid, my brows have dropped. When I have to raise my brows with my finger to put any kind of makeup on, my brows have dropped. Im not upset because of the brow drop itself. It happens! Got it! Im upset that you didnt even listen to me. The 1st time I came in, and certainly the 2nd time I came in. There definitely won't be a 3rd time. My suggestion, go somewhere else!
I got a Glo2Facial Luxe with a dermaplane add on with Delaney. Delaney was so sweet and answered all of my questions about the process. She gives the option of talking through the facial or a quiet facial. After a long day at work, I opted for the quiet facial. It was so relaxing and just what I needed. My skin is so smooth and glowing. I would absolutely recommend Delaney for any of your skin needs!!! As for injectables and all other treatments that Mackenzie offers, she’s your girl! Mackenzie knows her stuff and is more than willing to answer all of your questions. Both Mackenzie and Delaney will make honest recommendations for and against treatments based on your skin type and needs. Go see these girls. You will be so glad you did!!
I absolutely love Meadow Aesthetics and all of their services. Every experience I have had here has been wonderful. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating and they truly make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. They take the time to listen and make sure you get the results you are looking for. The level of care and professionalism is unmatched and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place that makes you feel valued and cared for.
I’ll never go anywhere else. Mackenzie really listens to what you want and gives you the knowledge you need to make the best decisions for yourself. I also appreciate her efforts to be financially conscious for her clients and offer multiple options. A true professional
