This place is absolutely clean, professional and catered to all needs and really cares about the patients that come in and seek care. They even provided a nice warm blanket too if you’re in the patient room waiting/talking to the doctor. It was such a great experience, they went well above and beyond, so no complaints.
The entire process from beginning to end was easy, efficient and of the highest standard. I booked an appointment online in less than 5 minutes. Got to the office which was incredibly clean and spacious. Filled the new patient paperwork virtually and in a few short minutes and was seen shortly thereafter. Staff was warm and welcoming and clearly explained everything. Doctor saw me and was kind, compassionate and clear. Was prescribed medication, payed my copay and walked out in a little under an hour. Whole process was easy and comfortable, will hopefully not have to come back but if I do, this is the place!
Probably the best Urgent care experience I have ever had! The front desk lady and doctor were super sweet and really made me feel cared for. The office was beautiful and super clean with barely any wait. I will definitely use this place again if I ever need too. I am really grateful I found this place amd they took my insurance❤️🙏🏼
I had a great experience at this urgent care center. The staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient. I didn’t have to wait long, which I really appreciated. I visited because of a cough that had lasted for almost two months, and the medical team was very helpful. They listened to my concerns and provided effective care. I’m very happy with the results and the overall experience. Thank you to the staff for your help and excellent service.
First time in this urgent care clinic in general in CA. Had a really pleasant experience. The doctor was kind and listened to everything I expressed. The staff was also really attentive Nd helpful. Moreover they were kind which is so so important. Empathy is so important!
