I loved my experience here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Diep is highly skilled. The team does everything they can to make you as comfortable as possible from start to finish. The results are amazing as well. They look completely natural. I had my entire frontal area filled in. I've got confidence in my appearance now that I haven't had since my twenties. I have already done a few consultations with other clinics before coming across Dr. Diep and his amazing team. A few notable points that Dr. Diep that really stood out to me during the consultation: - Instead of just giving you a general hairline, Dr. Diep will make his professional suggestion on what an Asian hairline looks like. Being Asian myself, this was HUGE as some other consultations the doctors didn't even factor that into the conversation. - On the flip side, Dr. Diep also show example of a patient that wanted a very custom (Elvis like) hairline, he happily did it for them. This shows Dr. Diep is happy to work with the patient's specific requirements. - Lastly, Dr. Diep ALWAYS, always stressed the importance of having a natural looking hairline from the surgery, and he'll work his magic to archive that. The above 3 points was what really sold me and put me at ease with Dr. Diep and his team. Once a surgery date is set, Dr. Diep and his team will give you a packet with instructions on what to prep for the week before and day of the surgery, which was super helpful. I went with the FUT procedure and event of the day unfolded as follows. - Went in to the clinic, changed, got a little explanation of the days proceedings, pick out what to each for lunch, took a pill and fell asleep while the team got to work right away. - Woke up during lunch time, ate lunch, and went back to sleep. - Woke up again near end of day, the operation is almost done, the team wrapped up the operation, got a packet of instructions for post surgery and I took an Uber home. It was really a straight forward process, again only speaking from my experience here, your mileage may vary. I went back to the clinic a week or two later to remove the sutures, and that point the year long recovery journey begins. Hang in there as you should start seeing hair regrowth by the 3rd or 4th month. Now a year later I can finally appreciate the results of this operation and a kickass hairline. :) Hope this was helpful to those considering this type of surgery. :)
When I discussed my hair loss first time with Dr. Diep I was sceptical about the results considering the state which I was at. I have seen many testimonials on his website as well as google and was very impressed with how he outlined the procedure and assured me of the results I should expect. A year on since the procedure I have a full head of hair and it looks natural and when I tell people that I had grafting done, they are surprised. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and it has given me more confidence of my appearance as well. I highly recommend Dr. Diep to anyone who is looking for getting hair transplant done.
It's been a year since my hair transplant at Dr Diep's office (MHT&A) and I am ecstatic about the results! I underwent a FUT hair transplant at Medical Hair Transplant & Aesthetics to help restore my hairline. My procedure required over 2400 grafts and after a year the transplanted area looks dense and natural. Dr. Diep did an amazing job to help me gain my confidence back. I was very skeptical and nervous at the start but the doctor is very understanding and professional. During the examination, I told the doctor about my dry hair and dandruff condition and he recommended a shampoo which helped me control this problem. Prior to my surgery, the staff provided me with all the information and preparation steps required leading up to surgery. They were available via email or phone for questions so that I'd be ready on the big day. All I had to do was be at the clinic very early that day and they made sure I was comfortable.The staff were responsive and highly professional and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process of the procedure. It took me 3 weeks of staying at home to ensure a good foundation and I strictly followed the doctors' advice to maintain good hygiene and protect the grafts. Even after the procedure, the staff kept in touch and answered all my questions and educated me on pre and post ops care. They provided supplies needed to prep for the big day and also for the post op care. Overall, I am very happy with my results and highly recommend Dr. Diep to anyone considering a hair transplant.
Dr Diep is amazing. Everything about my experience was first class. Every time I get my haircut my guy can't believe how good my hair looks. Nobody else notices that I had work done - they just think my hair looks great. I look 10 years younger thanks to Dr Diep.
