We had the absolute pleasure of working with Megan and her team. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. She was incredibly easy to work with—always attentive, kind, and professional. Megan used her experience to provide us with 3 different design options at different budgets so we could visualize what each would look like. She was extremely responsive and resourceful throughout the entire planning process, helping us book appointments with vendors, budgeting and coordinating, which helped keep our stress levels down—something we’re so grateful for! Because we had a very specific design request and vision, she was able to adapt to our needs, giving us creative freedom to customize every detail of the wedding without the hassle of coordination. This collaborative workflow really helped provide some structure to our planning while simultaneously ensuring everything ran smoothly leading up to and on the day! We would highly recommend working with Megan and her team to anyone planning a wedding or special event. She was an invaluable part of our day and we’re so thankful for her!
Megan was beyond amazing! She was so organized, and went above and beyond for us. We had nothing to worry about on the wedding day, she made sure the decor was perfect, met the DJ when he arrived, handled music for the ceremony, wrangled a massive bridal party, made sure everyone ate in a timely manner, and I know she did a million other things I didn't see. She had us on task leading up to the day as well, and made the whole process so smooth and easy. Not sure what we would have done without her, but she was an absolute life saver. On top of all that, she was calm and collected the whole day which really helped our nerves! Can't recommend her enough. Thank you Megan!!
We would highly recommend Megan and her team as wedding planners. We hosted a small wedding in Banff (with the added challenge of being from the US) and Megan pulled off an amazing and beautiful event. She was with us from the initial planning stages and she provided so many great ideas that truly elevated our wedding. From start to end, she was timely, professional, and warm. We were able to rest easy and enjoy our wedding day because of our faith in Megan and her team.
I booked Megan initially because she had a STEM brain and aligned with myself. What I soon realized is how amazing she is and how much she actually cares. She helped make my wedding so amazing from picking awesome vendors and to letting me have moments where I did my own thing. Honestly when we booked her, I slumped into the couch with relief. And the whole experience with her has been nothing but amazing.
My daughter hired Megan and her team initially for set up and take down for their wedding, but expanded their service to include the overall design as well. Megan was absolutely FANTASTIC throughout the entire process, always being mindful of my daughter’s budget, accommodating any changes we wanted and completely organizing and overseeing all of the rentals and florals. When we walked into the venue, the design far exceeded my expectations (not easy to do, as I am quite particular and detail-oriented myself) - the vendors she worked with (especially the florists, “little daisy florals” in Calgary), did a wonderful job and were reasonably priced. The rentals she brought in from outside or from her own inventory were elegant and high end quality. She really listened to the overall look my daughter wanted and transformed the space to reflect that in every way. As for the set up and take down service, what a treat to not have to worry about setting up and then to arrive the next morning and find all of the rentals gone and our personal items neatly arranged for our easy pick up. She was honest, never pushy, reliable and thorough. I would recommend Megan to anyone who was looking for someone who is personable, accessible (always responded in a reasonable amount of time), guaranteed to listen to your vision and budget and went above and beyond what she needed to in every way. With all the stress that comes with planning and executing a wedding, choosing Megan would be the best decision any bride (or MOB) could make. Can’t say enough!!
