Because we had already moved out of the country, she personally oversaw the scheduling and work of trusted vendors to bring the home into compliance-ready condition. Thanks to her coordination and diligence, we never had to return in person to finalize any part of the sale. Once the home was staged, it looked absolutely phenomenal. Meghan’s insight into what buyers are looking for — and how to present a property at its very best — played a direct role in helping us secure the best possible price.
