Amazingly prompt and fantastic, honest service - Kelly was so knowledgable and efficient when I called to diagnose our issue, with a plumber out to us within a few hours. Less than 24hrs later we have heating working again and clear advice on our options if we wish to install a more modern system. Hi - My installation was tricky with a steel window lintel and an external flashing window hood making it hard to achieve condensate drainage and piped connections through the wall. The company did a great job managing this problem and really cared about doing a neat and professional job.

Thank you so much to Kelly, for proving that honest business still exists. I popped through a quote request today, for an issue I was experiencing with my Split System unit. Kelly called me not long after, to advise that the “issue” was actually a completely normal occurrence for split system units. Not only will this save us on some time and money, but the fact that Kelly took time to have a chat and explain why this happens is absolutely above and beyond. Thanks for your time Kelly, and for proving that trustworthy and integrity still exists. I will definitely be using Melbourne HVAC Services for any maintenance in future :)
