Great experience. They did all the follow up work once I gave them our vet information to ensure they were up to date on shots, they readily accepted our dogs, my wife was delighted to receive a first day report card while we were out of town to let us know how they were doing among new friends. The best part, they waive the pickup day fee if you opt into the grooming or bathing prior to pick up. They come home fresh and soft.

I was so anxious about boarding my dogs for the first time, but the team at Memorial Crossing Pet Resort made it such a comforting experience. They answered all of our questions and concerns with so much patience and kindness, and kept us updated with photos and messages the whole time. It was clear our pups were happy, loved, and so well cared for. When our flight was delayed and we needed to extend their stay last minute, they were incredibly understanding and accommodating — it truly eased all my worries. Our dogs came home relaxed, clean, and content. We’ll definitely be bringing our fur babies back! 🐾💛

We recently boarded both of our dogs here for the first time. One of our dogs has hemophilia and they were very careful with him, they made sure he didn’t get play time with other dogs being that he’s small and the condition he has, but from the photos, we saw that he still got outside play time which was great. Loved the report cards that they email you during the stay and both dogs always looked very happy in all of the photo attachments. Highly recommend and will be using them going forward!

This place knows breeds and treats them with the respect they deserve. Our baby dals are not easy and not really babies but this crew knows how to love and care for them correctly. We so much appreciate what you put up with from our pups and I’ll tell you they love you as well. They have a real good time barking up the resort. Thanks for all the years of hard work cleaning and staying Noah and Virgil.
