Disappointing experience. I walked in and before checking in, I clearly asked whether they could help with an injury I had. I described the issue, and I was told yes. Only after that did they check me in and charge me. Literally two minutes later, they told me they could not help me at all. At that point, it felt like they were only interested in collecting payment, not in actually providing care. For context, this was not a complex case. I simply needed a scab removed and the injury cleaned. This should have been clarified before charging me. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.
This urgent care was great! Easy check-in, little to no waiting time, and very experienced clinicians. I would definitely recommend and I would return for any urgent care needs.
Compared to when they first opened service and dedication aren't the same. Before when the prescription aren't sent to the pharmacy, NP and front desk called the pharmacy directly to get prescription quickly. But now they say they will update the pharmacy for you but they don't update and prescriptions sent to wrong pharmacy, made me wait over 30 min. And when calling them they didn't bother to call the pharmacy to expedite the process, instead made me drive back to the urgent care to pick up the prescription instead. Always went here whenever sick but just not the same; all the new staff here doesn't care.... Time to find new place
The service was easy to access, affordable, and the wait time to be seen was short. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The building was well maintained inside and out. I got the care I needed without any hassle.
I was seen for an infection on the top of my hand. The doctor put me on the proper medication and now I’m almost healed. One of our darling little cats needs to learn to keep her teeth to herself!
