We absolutely love Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt – Alamo Ranch! The yogurt 🍦 flavors are consistently delicious, and the wide variety of toppings makes every visit a fun and tasty experience. It’s hands down our favorite dessert spot! What really sets this location apart, though, is the staff — they’re truly “the cherry 🍒 on top.” The team keeps everything clean, offers helpful suggestions for yogurt and topping combinations, and always greets us with a smile 🙂. In a time when genuine, friendly service can be hard to come by, it's refreshing to walk into a place where the people truly make you feel welcome. Keep up the great work!
i was walking out of the nearby barnes and nobles with my friends and we wanted something sweet but on the cheaper side, unlike those other snack shops around the area this shop was reasonably priced. the staff are so cool and i love how eccentric they are lol, makes me happy to see people not having to change themselves for a job. they kept it really clean and nice in there even when there was teenagers messing around.
Amazing service from all the staff when I went in this past Sunday! I had a hard time choosing which flavors as there were so many and the employees gave me their personal reccomendations. The boy with the facial piercings was especially nice and checked me out quick even though it was busy. The curly haired girl was sweet as well! It was busy for a Sunday night, but I had a good experience going in and will be returning again! Also, the chalkboard on the wall for kids to draw on is so adorable. Bringing my little sister next time!
I use to love coming here with my kids for a nice treat. But it’s been getting increasingly dirty. I know it’s usually manned by young adults, possibly students. But what does it take to throw a broom, mop, or disinfectant cleaner on the floors and counters? It’s really bad. They probably wouldn’t pass an inspection. (Also, chairs are broken which is a liability)
So excited to find froyo here! Spacious and packed inside. Lots of flavors and toppings to add. It was clean and easy to figure out what to do. All the machines were working and had yogurts available. Only downside was they didn’t have original tart available which is surprising. They also have some quarts of yogurt to go in the fridge. Parking was easy and plentiful. I’d be back when original tart returns!
