Careful, friendly and time-efficient service! Captured my inspo pic pretty well. Reasonable pricing, great decor. It was about $116 for eyebrows, gel pedicure, and nail extensions. Will return :)
They were all super kind to me and really took their time perfecting the nail look I requested, I requested square French tip nails with a chunky tip and they did exactly what I asked and only took a hour I was impressed with the speed of the work I won’t be going no where else, my favorite nail place ! Henry did my nails and ate down with these
Today I was supposed to spend a relaxing morning with my auntie, however, the lady I received to do my nails disappointed me. I heard very great reviews regarding your salon and was excited to try it out. Instead, I was told that I was able to do whatever design I “wanted” which was great considering I only wanted a simple SHORT white french tip with a creamy white base. I was told prior to prepping my nails that the design I wanted could be achieved as I provided an image of the design as well. We began to prep my nails and my cuticles weren’t prepped, and the filling was outrageous. The acrylic was overfilled and needed to be filled. She filed for a whole hour ateast. My auntie was able to finish her full gel set before my nail stylist even applied a single drop of nail polish. Or even before the lady to my right, who had a beautiful designed that i’m sure was more difficult then a french tip. To top it off, the acrylic bled onto the side of my fingers onto my skin. So when filing it felt as if my skin was being filed more then my nails. I do appreciate the help of another stylist to try and redeem my nails however i’m overall disappointed with the fact that it took 2 hours to finish my REGULAR french tip nails with so much pain that even as i type this, my fingers are sore. On top of the unsatisfied and unpleasant service i received, I was still charged at full price. Of course, I wasn’t expecting a full free set. However, I’d at least expected a discount. To end it off, yes the set was pretty. however, the set I received was not even what I had asked for if compared to the image that I had provided for the stylist. Which I was told that would be able to be provided.
Services I chose: pedicure + gel & builder gel w solid color only Their customer service was great! the salon is well maintained and clean. My only complaint was one of my fingers wasn’t properly cleaned (the glue was already dried in the crack). It was partially my fault for not catching it until after everything was already done. They didn’t let anything bleed which is a plus 😅 Overall, def a spot that I will comeback too since I had a pretty good experience. Express pedi $30 + gel $15 = $45 Builder gel w solid color only = $60 Total: $ 105 + tips
I’ve been here a total of 2 times and love it! Both times the nail tech named Will did my nails and his work is amazing!!! Friendly service, clean and nice inside. And honestly, the prices are reasonable for the quality you’re getting. (the gummy bear charm I bought from temu)
