December, 2025 We recently sold our home in Norman with the help of Joanna Chapman, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Before listing, she took time to walk through the house and give us suggestions on what to and what not to upgrade. Joanna provided timely and consistent updates while we were listed. We received weekly market analysis reports that helped us determine pricing as the market moved. She was knowledgeable and responsive and truly dedicated to our best interests. We were under contract in three weeks, and sold for more than we thought we would. As a bonus, Joanna is thoughtful, easy to work with, goes above and beyond, and is one of a kind!
