I never write google reviews (this is my 2nd in my life and the 1st was positive) but I’m leaving this to warn others who don’t want this experience. Came in for a blowout after calling ahead and being told there was time. From the moment I arrived, the service was extremely rushed. I was never asked how I wanted my hair done, laughed at when I showed a reference photo of myself, and told (incorrectly) that the look I get weekly from my regular stylist is done with a curling iron - before this I had never had a curling iron used on me in my life. Instead of a round brush blowout like I requested, my hair was dried straight and then weakly curled with a curling iron in about 5 minutes bc she said another client was arriving. If there wasn’t time to do the service properly, I shouldn’t have been told to come in. The curls fell out within two hours. Unprofessional and poorly communicated.

I absolutely love this salon! I got the Brazilian treatment and my hair has never felt smoother or looked shinier. The staff were super friendly and professional, and they really took their time to make sure everything came out perfect. I left feeling so confident and can’t wait to go back!
One of my go to westside blowouts! She is so wonderfully FAST and blowout looks perfect every time! Good finish with either curling iron or flat iron for a perfect look.
The salon is beautiful, great atmosphere and great work!! Prices are great too! Will definitely be back! Naz is wonderful
