Don’t mention you have any animals whatsoever. Seems like they only clean houses that are already clean. Was rejected for mentioning one of my reasoning for wanting a deep clean, my dog recently had one accident. Seeing as their detailed services including carpet grooming I assumed it wouldn’t be an issue but was informed they don’t clean carpets. Misinformation in detailed cleaning, wouldn’t recommend.
After my son’s accident, he became disabled. I wasn’t able to keep up with all of my responsibilities. I’m thankful to God that Merry Maids has blessed me so much by helping me keeping up my house because that’s important to me too. I’ve never had any issues. I’ve been with them for about two years and I don’t plan on stopping Services because that’s how much they help me !!!
I left the ladies to do their thing and when I came home my house had been transformed. Both me and my husband are still very happy. I will be using Merry Maids all the time!
