I had an excellent experience with Wes Keith at Metro Air Conditioning and Heating. From start to finish, Wes was professional, knowledgeable, and very honest. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my system, answered all of my questions, and never tried to upsell or push unnecessary services. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and my HVAC system is now running better than it has in a long time. It’s hard to find technicians who are both skilled and trustworthy, but Wes definitely checks both boxes. If you’re looking for reliable HVAC service and someone who truly cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend Wes Keith at Metro Air Conditioning and Heating. I will absolutely be using them again in the future!

Just so impressed with Metro Air Conditioner and Heating. Such nice people and well qualified. Have to say something about Kerry and so knowledgeable about maintaining HVAC system. Thanks for coming out quickly when there was an issue with a/c. Impossible to lose air in this heat. Thanks to Metro!!!
We've been using Metro for 12 years now. We've never had a bad or unpleasant experience with them. Today was no exception. Tony S. contacted me this morning to let me know he was in the way, and was here at the scheduled time. Tony, like every other technician I've dealt with from Metro, was very knowledgeable, competent and friendly. He had our AC back up and running in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend Metro for any AC or Heating service you might need.
Estos tipos hicieron una instalación horrible en mi unidad durante una llamada de servicio bajo garantía. Usaron mis cosas para sujetar la línea de cobre sin sujetarla, dejaron cables expuestos y colgando de una motherboard. Luego intentaron cobrarme $150 extra por un adaptador que tuvieron que comprar y no usaron. Simplemente dejaron la unidad encima y la pegaron con cinta. ¿Qué creían estos tipos, que soy un idiota? Se fueron y dijeron que volverían al día siguiente para terminar el trabajo. El gerente me llamó y dijo que les debía por el adaptador "en efectivo". Le dije que se llevaron el adaptador. Le dije que lo llevara ante la empresa de garantía, y él dijo "vete al infierno, que alguien más termine la instalación" y luego me colgó. ¡Mírenlos, cómo intentaron estafarme! Volví a llamar a la empresa de garantía y enviaron a otro tipo para terminar el trabajo. ¡Cuando tienes una garantía, solo pagas la llamada de servicio, eso es todo!!!
