Metro Air Conditioning immediately assured me they would send a technician that day! The technician arrived promptly, was professional and efficient. He quickly assessed the problem and made a recommendation for resolution and took only an hour to fully repair the system and bring it into complete compliance. Equally as important, the cost was surprisingly reasonable! The dispatcher directed me to their website for coupons for more savings!!! I am pleased to recommend Metro Air Conditioning without reservation! They have earned their place as my vendor of choice for air conditioning maintenance and repair!
Metro, Brandon and Frank, worked on a problem with our air conditioner. They were able to figure out this issue, and after replacing some parts, they had it working again. We were so happy! We appreciate these guys! Their professionalism, courtesy, skills, and response time was outstanding.
I have been using Metro Air Conditioner and Heating Services for decades. Their customer service can't be beat. Their Technician's are aways polite and respectful. I have used them for emergencies and for routine maintenance. You never have to worry about being over charged and they gave my Mom a Senior Citizen Discount. We've been really fortunate not to have had too long of a wait as far as scheduling is concerned. I've used them for mine and my Mom's home and referred them to other family and friends.
Mr. Larry took time to explain why we were experiencing the high humidity issue and what it would take to get the AC to cooling properly in a particular area of our home. He was kind and respectful of our home (put on shoe covers). He also asked for the vacuum cleaner because he may have tracked something from the attic on the carpet. He and his assistant provided superior customer service.
We made an appointment with Metro Air, and they got here quickly, Even though I told them it was not an emergency. The young man that came out did a good job. He told us every step of the way what he was doing and why. It ended up taking quite a bit of our day, but totally worth it to be cool in Texas. Thank you for a good company with good employees!
