This company makes everything effortless. Their team is approachable, honest, and highly responsive. Calls are answered promptly, and scheduling is handled with impressive efficiency. Whenever I reach out with a job, it’s often booked for the next day—or even the same day. Jen does an outstanding job managing operations. I highly recommend this company.
I have used Metro Heating and cooling for over 15 years for annual furnace inspections (required by my condo association) and they are consistently professional, courteous, on time (and always call when en route) and I wouldn’t consider any other company. Have used to inspect / service air conditioner as well.
Metro Heating and Cooling has excellent service! We did yearly contract which includes bith furnace and a/c annual inspections. It is very easy to contact them and schedule these checkups. Matt is the absolute best! He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and takes precise steps to perform routine maintenance as well as trouble shoot. He hosed out our a/c unit beacuse we were experiencing long runtimes and also it was the filter needing replaced. I highly recommend this buriness
My experience with Metro is not measured in one visit or incident but I have been a customer for at least 15 years. In all this time which included a new furnace/air conditioner installation I have never been disappointed. Appointment are always kept, techs are always courteous and willing to take the time to answer questions. When its time to replace what has been installed metro will be my first call! That says it all!!
We had our A/C go out in July of 2025 and Metro Heating and Cooling was recommended to me. Once I called Metro, they were very quick to get my appointment scheduled. We could not be happier with the results. Bill and Sam were the installers and they were very respectful and professional. I spoke with Jen to schedule my appointment and she was very nice and very clear with everything she needed to tell me. I will be recommending Metro Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs their HVAC systems assisted.
