Super expensive pricing, will rip you off! Paid in one year around $28,000 for your typical treatments. I was once a very loyal customer as would go in every 6 weeks for Botox and fillers till decided to try another place a colleague went to and raved about. On my first visit at the new place they were shocked to hear how much I was paying there and even said they are ripping you off. They were and won’t be back found a new place I love!
I always have a good experience going to the Metropolitan Skin clinic. I’ve been going for many years now and each time I walk away knowing that I’m valued as a client. Tiffany knows my skin and can offer great ideas, services and products to keep it healthy. The staff is extremely helpful in setting up appointments and getting products… I highly recommend this clinic.

I was delighted when I left my 1st consultation. I’d been looking for non surgical ways to address a few concerns with my skin. My mother was right decades ago. I should have never picked away at my skin when I was a teenager. Nevertheless, I’ve found the right place for me. I felt very relaxed and confident with Tiffany’s evaluation and recommendations. I can’t wait for my treatment!
After years of going back and forth on whether to try Botox, I finally took the leap, specifically with Metropolitan Skin Clinic, only because I found an injector I trusted. I spent time researching her bio, her experience, and her work on social media, and that trust was what gave me the confidence to start. Over the past year and a half, Angel not only earned my loyalty but truly changed my life. Botox wasn’t just about beauty—it helped with headaches, boosted my self-esteem, and gave me a confidence I hadn’t felt in years. When I called to book my next appointment, I was blindsided. I was told Angel was “no longer injecting” and was pushed to schedule with someone new. Heartbroken but unwilling to compromise the trust I had built, I declined. Later that night I discovered she was still injecting—just not at Metropolitan. Excited, I reached out, only to find that she was legally prevented from seeing me because of restrictive agreements with this clinic. That’s when my disappointment turned to outrage. Metropolitan Skin Clinic not only lied by saying she wasn’t injecting anymore, but they also deliberately created a situation where loyal patients like me are cut off from the very provider we entrusted with our faces. This is unethical, manipulative, and shows a complete disregard for the relationships and trust their patients have built with their providers. Patients choose a clinic because of the providers they trust. We don’t invest our time, money, and confidence in “a brand or the clinic itself…we invest in people. To lie about her status, take away my ability to choose, and lock me out of continuing with the injector who changed my life is beyond disappointing—it’s unfair, unprofessional, and damaging. Metropolitan Skin Clinic lost not just my business but my trust. And once trust is broken in this way, it’s impossible to get back.
