I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding, but when it arrived the color was too bright and I wasn't able to wear it. After working with Haylee and her team, we were able to get a dress shipped out to me in time for my daughter's special day. Unfortunately, it arrived with the crystals coming off. They worked so quickly to ship me out, not one, but two dresses that I could choose from as I only had days left until the wedding. They were fantastic, weren't worried about me having more than what I paid for in my possession and were super quick to help me as best as they could. I would 100% order from them again simply because of their customer service. Never mind that their dresses are insanely gorgeous too! Thank you all for helping me!
