We had a very good experience with Miami Plants. We are thrilled to say we received the same customer service that previous reviews from customers have posted. Santiago, the owner, was very helpful in getting us started with resources and answering all the questions we had. Very refreshing to have the level of customer service he provided. From planning to installation it went smoothly and pretty quickly. We are happy with the Clusia hedges and palm trees installed. Oscar and his crew, who came to do the work, are VERY hard working men who were also professional in the process and customer support they gave to us. They got our installation done in a very timely manner. With attention to detail and ease to work with, they worked efficiently and left everything looking seamless and clean.

Transforming our yard was quite the challenge, but thanks to Santiago, the owner of Miami Plants, we now have a stunning secluded retreat right outside our door. What was once a white fly infested ficus hedge that allowed no privacy from neighbors on all sides, has been masterfully turned into a gorgeous, private sanctuary that we truly enjoy. Santiago went above and beyond in every sense. His work extended far beyond just delivering and installing areca palms haphazardly as each palm was thoughtfully arranged to create maximum privacy in the most aesthetic way possible. These small details have completely elevated the feel of our outdoor space, making it reminiscent of a serene resort. What makes Santiago truly exceptional is his meticulous and unmatched attention to detail. He personally selected the most optimal Areca palms available. His dedication to perfection is evident in every aspect of his work. Even after the areca palms were planted, Santiago’s commitment didn’t waver. He followed up and crafted a tailored watering plan, taking into account the weather and the progress of the newly planted areca palms. He’s incredibly easy to reach and always quick to respond to any questions we have. Santiago offers all of this at a very reasonable rate. His expertise, commitment, and ongoing support make working with him an absolute pleasure. We can’t recommend Miami Plants highly enough!

An exceptional experience working with Santiago. Oscar and the crew did an excellent job installing 8.5 feet tall Clusia plants for a privacy hedge, in addition to relocating existing 3-feet tall Clusias to another area of the yard. Highly recommend Santiago and Miami Plants. Santiago was fast, professional, knowledgeable, and he and his crew are held in high esteem.
