Jason Bernasconi did a great job replacing old Crest water supply lines that had started to fail and leak. Highly recommend Michael and Sons for your plumbing issues. Jason was highly professional and got the job done, 100% satisfied with the work performed.
Bryce with Michael & Son did an amazing job with replacing toilets in our house. He was very thorough with the inspection, knowledgeable and helpful during the process. The team has been prompt with scheduling and completing services. Joana also helped with some electrical repairs. She did an amazing job as well and helped get everything up to par. They’re all very nice and easy to talk to. I highly recommend them for your plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs.
Amazing experience with Jason Bernasconi. He leaves no stones unturned with making sure that the customer is always taken care of. He arrived on time for every appointment and completes work in the time he estimates from the beginning. He performed a gas line installation to install a gas range, and the inspector who came to certify the work was astonished at how clean it was performed. Based on tech’s work, it would be 5/5. My only complaint is that their tech dispatch service doesn’t seem to be fully synced. They have sent the incorrect tech to my home (electrician for an hvac job) and it took several days to be contacted to schedule my final inspections. And when I was first trying to get questions answered for my Hoa to get the work approved, I had to pull teeth to get in contact with someone to answer my questions. I will still definitely return to Michael and Son’s for future projects.

I was told my fireplace valve needs replacing by another company. Joseph arrived in a timely manner, called ahead and was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He was able to get my next appointment scheduled while he was here. He replaced my gas fireplace valve and fired up my fireplace that we were unable to use since we bought the home, 5 years ago. I’ve had great customer service at every interaction since calling Michael & Son.
