Did a curbside order, and tried calling the store to see what was taking so long, and no answer, no update, nothing. I called the store 8 times. After waiting for 5 hours I just cancelled it. There’s no reason why an online order should take that long RIDICULOUS. Called the complaint office only for them to give me a bs answer.
Any hobby or decorations I'm working on, this is the place. Whether I go in person or online I find what I'm looking for. I usually love to look around especially the seasonal aisles but whenever I need help, I can find an associate to help me without any hesitation. I placed an order online and it was ready within hours. I couldn't find it in the pick up section and not one but 2 employees helped me. And I really like that they're open on Sunday.
It's a nice store, but I don't frequent it, as i find the prices too high. I couldn find the beads i wanted, their selextion has become smaller. I wish craft etc. Was still around.
This location is always organized ans has accurate pricing. There product location on the app is usually up-to-date so you can go find exactly what you need.
Store stocked full of arts and craft items along with seasonal holiday decorations. Halloween 🎃 was in full display with lots of spooky 👻 items in stock. The people around the store were friendly and asked several times if I needed assistance. The atmosphere was festive and ready for all your day needs on decorations. One thing that stood out was the soap dispenser in the restroom being held together with tape. Really? All the stuff available in thecstore, and it's tape someone used to "fix" it. 😆 🤣 😂
