Would rate zero stars if I could 👎. Came in around 9:20pm to a very empty store with no other customers and left 10 minutes later due to an employee (colored hair with an undercut) following me and my sibling the whole time. That same employee then came to the front while we were checking out and start commenting loudly about how much they hate customers coming in right now to another employee while side eying us. That employee must be racist as well because why would they have the nerve to talk about us out in the open like that unless they think we don’t speak English (we are mixed). I would never recommend this Michael’s unless you want to be weirdly harassed by an employee with a bad haircut who should of spent their time being productive with the cart full of freight they would move any time we walked anywhere 🧟♀️
The young lady working today was extremely helpful and kind! My pick up order wasn't ready yet so she hurried and collected my items! Only took her a few minutes! I am very grateful for her hard work and great attitude!
I had to get balloons aired up for my son’s party and the young lady was so helpful. For some reason the balloons were a little hard to blow up. She was so patient and awesome about it. Can’t rave about her enough! Thank you for making my day brighter!!!
Always a pleasure to visit this store. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The store has had all my needed supplies and stocked well. Store is always crean and organized.
20 years ago, I was a manager at a couple of Michael's. After leaving, I preferred to shop at Joann's. Since Joann's is no more, I came. I expected better. It was meh. Seasonal was poorly stocked. Home decor is nearly non-existent. Fabric a joke. The store was clean and tidy, but they didn't have anything I wanted. I'm not sure if this was a small store that didn't have a large selection. I have done custom framing here before, and they did a great job on that. But nothing made me scream, "Take my money!"
