I had a pretty awful experience with another jeweler in town and have been hesitant to see another jeweler in person ever since, but Michael’s Jewelers changed that for me. My experience was nothing short of wonderful. I called to make an appointment and I was able to go in the following day. I was inquiring about redesigning my wedding and engagement rings, and Mindi helped me to authenticate my stones as well as plan out the redesign. The entire experience was personal, educational, and fun getting to try on the different styles and thicknesses of bands. I’m over the moon with how my rings turned out– Dave and Mindi created rings even better than what I had in my head. Their work is beautiful and you can tell that they truly love what they do. I can’t thank them enough, I’m definitely going to return one day to have my late mother’s ring redesigned as well. I recommend anyone looking for custom jewelry or engagement/wedding jewelry to make an appointment and stop in. Thank you, Mindi and Dave for everything!
Mindi and Dave are exceptionally knowledgeable in all aspects of metals and fine jewelry, and their passion for their craft is evident the moment you walk through the door. We recently brought in a piece of platinum to confirm its authenticity before using it for a custom band. Dave not only took the time to verify the metal, but allowed us to watch the process. While doing this, he also took the time to explain the fascinating history of platinum. Mindi was equally wonderful to work with. She offered thoughtful guidance & expertise as we explored different wedding band styles, helping me find a design that felt meaningful for my fiancé. Mindi takes the time to learn your love story & reflect it in a beautiful piece of jewelry. Mindi & Dave’s willingness to share their knowledge made the whole experience both educational and enjoyable. I highly recommend them for any and all jewelry needs.
I love my ring from Michael’s! I’ve been taking it in for check ups for the last 7 years and Mindy and Dave have kept it sparkling like the day he bought it! They are so friendly and truly care about their clients. So many beautiful gems there and they know how to make a unique piece.
