Great experience every time. I have bought quite a bit of computer parts recently and every sales person is professional and helpful. On my last visit this weekend, the sales person Daniel was able to help us get a special cord we needed that was not in stock anywhere else. Highly recommend.

They were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in assisting customers, which greatly enhanced the entire experience. It’s rare to find such dedicated support these days. What truly sets this store apart is the sheer breadth and depth of its inventory. They stock an incredible variety of tech parts, covering everything from core components for PC builds and TVs to specialized equipment like security cameras. Whether you are a hobbyist looking for 3D printer filament or an electronics enthusiast needing Arduino boards for a new project, you can almost certainly find exactly what you are looking for here. One particularly notable feature, and something I haven’t encountered since the days of Radio Shack, is their impressive selection of small electronic components. They have dedicated sections and, crucially, accessible cabinets stocked with crucial parts like LEDs, capacitors, resistors, and various small integrated circuits. For anyone doing detailed repair work or building custom electronics, this alone makes the store an essential destination. After you've finished browsing their excellent selection, I highly recommend picking up a Root Beer Bawls on your way through the checkout. It’s the perfect way to cap off a successful shopping trip.

First visit to this store. They seem to have a solid selection of computers, components, and various other electronics. There were several employees on the floor—noticeably not trying to avoid helping people, which is refreshing. Makes them a bit harder to avoid too, but that’s probably a plus for most folks. Easy to get to—about a mile off Route 315 on Bethel Road. I’ll probably end up handing them more of my money in the future.

This is amazing place. I love being able to go into a computer store and the sales people are knowledgeable about what they're talking about. Being able to discuss my issues and to have them help me solve problems was wonderful! If you're looking to build or buy a computer or get into 3D printing, this is the place you need to go and talk to the people who are there! They know what they know and they are passionate about it.
