I am very well pleased with the service at Middleton Jewelers. I recently had some jewelry cleaned and it came back looking like new. I also sold a gold piece and am very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. No pressure and I trust them completely.
First of all the service was unparalleled. Second the family friendly atmosphere confirms I’m shopping at the best place possible. Third their knowledge is so extensive I feel like a pro after every purchase. Speaking of purchases they have taken amazing care of me and my family many times over. From Rolex’s to custom made pieces, Middleton Jewelry’s has gone above and beyond every time. Not only am I customer for life but I insist my friends and family follow suite. Outstanding product and customer service!! Loran coordinated a FaceTime call with her custom designer, my son and his fiancé (who live in Japan, 15 hours ahead) to discuss what design they wanted for their wedding bands. My son had been working with another local jeweler whose designs weren’t reflecting what he wanted, the wedding was 30 days away. Another family member suggested Middleton Jewelers which they had used in the past and were very pleased with the custom ring they purchased. Loran exceeded my expectations by having 2 beautiful, semi custom wedding bands, ready for me to hand carry to Japan for their wedding. My son and his wife are still receiving compliments from friends and family on their rings from Middleton Jewelers!

Middleton Jewelers did an amazing job with my engagement ring, enhancer, and my husband's ring. I've gotten so many compliments on the uniqueness of my ring, and the aquamarine is beautiful! They helped us customize everything, and my husband's band even has movable diamonds that slide in a channel! Definitely a one of a kind set of rings that was designed just for us.
