We were really pleased with the service provided by Middleton Moving. Both the office staff and removal team were courteous, patient and professional. Our move wasn't an easy one due to having a quick turnaround and Middleton couldn't do enough to make our move as seamless as possible. Would recommend.
Terrible!! If I could give zero stars I would. Spoke to Amanda who booked an appointment to quote for removals. I received text and email to confirm appointment. Sadly no representative turned up at the agreed time/day and I never heard anymore.
Really pleased with our service on the 15th from Middleton Movers. From initial quotation to following up, providing of materials and completing the move we were impressed with their thorough approach and diligent work. Our move went successfully and all members of staff were engaged and friendly. The move went smoothly despite the usual external pressures and we were able to laugh at several points during the day. Neighbours have since commented on their professionalism also. We don’t want to move again for a long, long time. But when we do we will turn to Middleton Movers!
This review is based on our removal booking June 2025. We accepted Middleton's quote for our house move on the Friday before our move the following Wednesday. We received an email from them on the Friday telling us they would be in touch soon to finalise details. On Monday morning I phoned them up as they had not been in touch. I was told everything was fine and the manager was out on a job and would phone back later, he didn't. I phoned again and was told the same. Again no return call. I phoned a third time in the middle of the afternoon saying I was now getting concerned. I was told once again everything is fine for Wednesday and the manager would phone me later. At 4.30pm the manager finally phoned back and informed me that they could now not move us as they had booked someone else. It seems they double booked us until the exchange date and then told us they could no longer fit us in. This left us in a terrible situation of trying to get another company within 1 day. I would not trust this company again with a house move.
We used Middleton to move us. They did a great job, and nothing was too much trouble. They worked hard all day and didn't expect anything from us. Put things where we asked. Very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend. Good price. 2 vans plus 4 guys to move us 50 miles, can't complain about anything. No damage to any property. They protected floors and carpets in both houses and wrapped all furniture. Well done to all guys, thank you so much
