I have been using Midori services and working with Juan’s team for 2 months so far and I am so happy. The quality of cleaning is superior to other cleaning companies in terms of the detail and also the price to quality ratio. They are also very flexible and accommodating for dates and times and changes.
This cleaning company is extremely meticulous and detail-oriented. They work quickly, deliver excellent results, and are very honest and reliable. We’ve used their services for our offices and would highly recommend them!
Padel FVR has been using Midori on a monthly basis for the past year for our both Padel clubs, service is impeccable, we recommend for any type of cleaning.
Midóri did a move out clean. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Booking was easy, communication ahead of time was above what I expected, and the clean itself was spotless and efficient.
4.5 stars. Pricing can go up quickly with extras, owner is very responsive, efficient service but arrival time may not be exact. Midori Cleaning came in with 4 cleaners and managed to get through my condo (790 sqft) within 2 hours. It was for a move-in/out cleaning in preparation for new tenants (this includes fridge, kitchen cabinets and oven cleaning) Their online booking is streamlined, but could use some improvements. The available timeslots do not seem to directly communicate with cleaner availability, so you will likely end up getting a call from Stan to adjust as needed (note: they do not do weekends for residential properties). The options also don't seem to take into account the main package you selected (move-in/out includes some extras, but these extras are still selectable with that package making it possible to pre-authorize a higher charge than needed). Arrival time is not exact. After booking online someone from Midori will ask for supplemental pictures and confirm a 30minute arrival time window which can be different from the arrival time window specified by the online booking. In the end the cleaners came even later, but Stan was quick to offer a discount to remediate the situation. Stan is very responsive, so if there are any issues or dissatisfactions, I am confident he will try and reach you within the next 10 minutes of his awareness.
