This place is honest, above all else! I suspected possible transmission and front end issues...they came back with only needing brake pads! A less scrupulous place could have 'fleeced' me for hundreds, if not thousands of dollars!! And I wouldn't have been the wiser! You can trust M.A.R.S.!
The crew at MARS is always great. They’re professional and have never tried to suggest unnecessary repairs. I’ve always been impressed with the turnaround time as it’s almost always been same day service. Go to mars!
Was referred to MARS a couple years ago by my former mechanic who retired. This is a great place, honest people and quality service. Tristan is running a great operation here and his entire crew should be congratulated on the job they are doing.
The receptionist seem takes it personal and I was clear that things happened to be sure they take care of the car during service. The supposed Owner Trusten said to leave and hands me paperwork with a total of $2,000 just to do the alignment without even placing it on the rack and said I need things that it's brand new placed by another cimpany that specialize on it. Please do not let them scared you neither to be disrespected or to charge you for things that you don't need. If you do they will scam you! now you know. God bless!
I’ve gone to MARS for several repairs, tune ups, or emergencies and they are always so wonderful. Flexible schedule, speedy work, lasting results. Can’t recommend them enough. As a young women it can be daunting going to a repair shop, but they are always honest and kind, they let you approve all costs before they do the repair instead of sticking you with a crazy bill at the end. My car has never been better.
