I booked an appointment here for a wedding last Saturday very displeased by the service. We didn’t have a chance to say anything to the owner because we were running short on time, but we were very, very displeased by our service. My makeup did not look like the photo I showed, it was completely different. My makeup was caked on and melted throughout the wedding. My hair came apart. I looked like a hot mess. The service and the people here were very rude. We come from georgia so of course we have southern hospitality, but there is a difference between respect and just getting people’s money. They charge $800 for just to blow out And a simple updo. This is absurd you can go to any other salon and pay $800 for three women to do their hair and make up. We understand this is New York City, but this is ridiculous if we had known The reviews were just lies. We would never have came here. Typically we go to Van Michaels salon, but they don’t have one in New York City and they charge less and their locations are limited. Honestly, huge disappointment to the owner and to the business. edit: the fact they are stating that this was intended for another business is unacceptable and unprofessional. we booked mother and daughter, on Saturday November 15th. under the same last name. no lies are present. beware of this salon its truly disgusting. shame. shame.
Had an amazing experience here! Made an appointment for an updo and was able to sneak in a makeup appointment same day. Service was fast and the stylists are top tier! Can’t recommend this salon enough for your next event!!
I didn’t get the girl’s name but she was AMAZING! My experience is 10/10. I came here for private hair and makeup during NYFW. I showed her inspiration pics and she did just that. My total was $220 and worth every penny. My hair and makeup lasted through the night. I will be back next year!
