Outstanding quality in all aspects. I brought two rings here to get them resized and it was an incredibly smooth process. Before the rings were accepted I was asked detailed questions to ensure I would be getting what I was looking for and not just what I thought to ask about. The modifications were done within a week and the resulting work is truly phenomenal. The rings look as though they were always that size, without so much as a visual hint that any material was added. The attention to detail to ensure proper tapering in material diameter towards the bottom of the band without any distortion or seams is a clear indicator of the expertise and care behind the work. I will absolutely be returning here for any repairs or modifications in the future.

She runs her business quick and efficiently, without cutting corners, and the quality of her work is absolutely top-notch. I brought my watch in for resizing and was impressed at how smooth and precise the process was. From now on, I won’t be going to anyone else—she’s earned my trust and business for all my future watch needs. Highly recommend!
I stopped by today to ask about getting my necklace chain shortened and wanted to share my great experience. The jeweler was very kind and was bale to shorten it right on the spot -- it took less than five minutes! I was even more surprised when he didn't charge me for the work. Amazing service, super efficient, and genuinely kind. I'll definitely come back with other jewelry repairs!
Went in to get my engagement and wedding band sized down the same week I’m eloping. It only took them about 2 hours and we got rings back the same day. Price was amazing and work was even better. Walked us through all our options and didn’t put any pressure. Will be back for any other needs
They were unable to open a watch that I brought in, which is fine and in of itself not an issue at all. The real problem I have is that the technician who worked on my watch absolutely ruined the case back and left horrible marks on it when they tried to open it. When the watch was returned to me the technician didn’t disclose any of the marks or scratches. I failed to check it with my own two eyes as I assumed this business was trustworthy. Visit at your own risks
